Absolutely first class service from Jackson's Blinds. They measured up and fitted within a couple of weeks. The roller blinds are the best I've seen and the quality of the venetian blinds is far better than the other suppliers we looked at. The price is very competitive too. Definitely the best in the North East!

Paul and Mark two cracking lads fitted Roman blinds in living room, bedroom and staircase, roller blinds in kitchen and bathrooms and vertical blinds on patio doors in our new house, fantastic quality, workmanship and the cheapest quote out of 4 companies. The lads were friendly but very professional with it, in and out in an hour and they took away all of the packaging..which is always a bonus. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality at great prices and customer satisfaction, thank you Jacksons Blinds our house now feels like a home, we love them

My initial experience wasn't great but the company has taken the time to make amends, with a positive outcome. I ordered several sets of blinds, which turned out to be made of a flimsy fabric and didn't hang properly. Happily this was recognised as an issue and the company has now replaced the blinds with ones of a thicker fabric. Having lived with these for a couple of days, it's already clear that this is very much a superior product. My thanks to them for doing this.

Just had shutters fitted in my kitchen and I love them. The guys were friendly, they did the work efficiently and professionally, they also cleaned up after themselves properly.
